About

With a background in yoga, sound healing, and over a decade in body-centered wellbeing, I facilitate deeply restorative sessions that create measurable shifts in balance, grounding, and inner quiet.

I am a structured, empathetic, and holistically-oriented therapist with deep expertise in Cranio-Sacral, Shiatsu, wellness massage and yoga. With more than a decade of experience in bodywork and deep relaxation methods. I thrive in sensing the needs of international guests in luxury hospitality and high-end spa environments by creating unique experiences.

My journey through the world of holistic healing and spirituality began early on. Since the age of 15, I have been practicing yoga (Iyengar Yoga). Over the years, I have expanded my knowledge and practice through various teachers and  yoga styles, including Max Strom, Ana Forrest, Bryan Kest, Patricia Thielemann, Lala&Vilas Turkse, Shandor Remete&Emma Balnaves, Stefanie Thunecke and Sailesh Bhatt. I completed my training as a Spirit Yoga teacher in 2009, deepening my understanding of the spiritual aspects of yoga.

Since 2010, I have gained experience in bodywork and alternative healing methods building upon my yoga teachings and practice.. I completed training in classical massage and Shiatsu - with Shannon Sullivan as well as in Cranio-Sacral Therapy with certified health practitioner Wolfgang Rühle. This holistic orientation enriches my work and opens up new pathways to healing and inner balance for people.

My spiritual practice includes not only yoga and meditation, but also sound and singing. I am moved by Deva Premal & Miten and Krishna Das, who inspire me to deepen my skills in the field of spiritual singing and sound work.

Therapeutic Approach

My  service is not dependent on recognition. It is offered from my heart with love.

My approach blends gentle precision, intuitive responsiveness, and a high sensitivity to the individual’s energetic and physical needs. I aim to create an atmosphere of trust, spaciousness, and deep nervous system healing — ideal for individuals  seeking renewal, clarity, and holistic wellbeing. I strongly believe in the inherent healing force of the body, and I encourage each unique system to find its way back to this source.
